Shipping Policy

Here you will find all the delivery options that we offer for your new gadgets. We offer same day dispatch if ordered before 1pm so you can get your products as quick as possible. If that's not quick enough we also offer Click & Collect and you can have the items delivered to a store of your choice.

We offer FREE delivery to the United Kingdom, Europe, United States & Canada. 

​Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders placed before 5pm Monday to Friday are typically processed on the same working day. Orders placed after 5pm Monday to Friday are processed the following working day (excluding bank holidays).

 We aim to have all orders dispatched within 3 working days of the order being placed. You'll receive an email once your order has been dispatched along with your tracking ID. Please be aware that if you have ordered different items, these may arrive separately and separate tracking ID's will be provided.

Unless you’re having an item specially made or ordered, delivery is normally within 4-5 working days, and often much sooner.

If you want more information about delivery for a product that you’ve already ordered, you can do this using the contact link on your order confirmation email. We’ll be more than happy to help as we pride ourself on our customer service In-store and On-line.

Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (bad weather or postal strikes, for example). If this happens the we will let you know at the earliest possible time. We do ask for your patience if this happens – we’ll be doing our best to sort it out for you. Sign up to our mailing list for all the latest updates!

Once your order is on its way we will let you know and provide tracking if tracking is available for the selected postage.

 Please allow up to 28 working days for your order to arrive, this is due to sourcing your items direct from our vendors. If you haven’t received your order after 28 working days, please visit our contact us page.
